@thovo: oh, that was five moths ago. I think I just saved the webcam's
mjpeg stream to a file like this:
{{{ffmpeg -f v4l2 -input_format mjpeg -framerate 25 -video_size 640x480
-i /dev/video0 -vcodec copy samplevideo.mjpeg}}}
ffmpeg does not seem to support yuvj422p, but some webcams produce it in
hardware.
