Fixed by Alex Agranovsky in 79103f21990307bb8855a03d68154e1c5d197a7c
It was originally planned to keep this stream detected as mpjpeg but
change the demuxer so it does not fail for this stream, it is now fixed
through detection as mjpeg, if the mpjpeg demuxer is forced, it still
fails.
