Your suggestion is irrelevant. This is a testcase with _single_ file.
Stitchable flag is about concatenating several encoding sessions.

I believe it is not technically required to transform entire video to
Annex B format just to transform it back to AVCC format in MP4 muxer
immediately afterwards. If you could explain in which way this is
necessary or beneficial, I'd be grateful to hear.
