Comment (by guillaumekh): I can provide some complementary data on how easily the current default queue size is hit. On running {{{ffmpeg -i path/to/file.m4a -filter_complex ebur128=peak=true:dualmono=true -f null /dev/null}}} on a large music catalog of M4A files sourced from various online music stores, we see around '''±15%''' of processes failing with a {{{Too many packets buffered for output stream}}} error. Attaching a single sample below. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/6375#comment:10> FFmpeg <https://ffmpeg.org> FFmpeg issue tracker _______________________________________________ FFmpeg-trac mailing list FFmpeg-trac@avcodec.org http://ffmpeg.org/mailman/listinfo/ffmpeg-trac
