I believe it makes sense for all tickets on this bug tracker to contain
every information necessary on how to reproduce an issue, a commit if the
issue is a regression and (if applicable) the commit that fixes the issue.
If all three are missing (for a fixed regression) like in this case, I
don't think the ticket has much value.
