Hi,
Perhaps I need to comment this: if you change from "-c:v mpeg2_qsv" to
"-c:v h264_qsv" then all works (however, compressing with H.264 instead of
MPEG-2).
So, the problem is with the "mpeg2_qsv" encoder and not with "generic" qsv
encoders. For this reason I recommend to change the keyworks to "mpeg2_qsv
regression".
