Looking at the compile log it should enabled both:
Enabled hwaccels:
h263_videotoolbox mpeg1_videotoolbox prores_videotoolbox
h264_videotoolbox mpeg2_videotoolbox vp9_videotoolbox
hevc_videotoolbox mpeg4_videotoolbox
But prores_videotoolbox and vp9_videotoolbox are not working (not
available).
But it should on a Apple M1 Pro (and Max).
I guess FFmpeg does not check correctly if the hardware has support for it
or not.
