 Summary of the bug:
 In this documentation for concat, it does not state that the
 ephermerially-generated file list must not contain any `'`s or the process
 will fail.  This might be a larger issue with ffmpeg (per the consensus
 opinion at #bash/irc), however it should at least be noted that if you
 have certain special characters, e.g., ', the <(file ...) process fails.
