Each of you is making assertions about the test video without showing
exactly what data in evidence justifies your assertion. Neither of you
seem to be making an effort to correlate your evidence with the other
person's.

**Objection, open GOP is not on trial. The issue of open GOP is
irrelevant, Your Honor. The question before The Court is the guilt or
innocence of showinfo and show_frames plus underlying routines that
support them.**
