 Windows 11 x64
Summary of the bug: Whenever I try to convert a 640x480 4:3 WMV to 854x480
16:9 WMV ffmpeg.exe crashes badly in the process. Other resolution changes
(e.g. 1280x720 etc.) do work fine.
