No, youtube does not support HTTP, only HLS and RTMP(s).

"You can use RTMP(S) or HLS to stream in HDR. Note that you’ll need to
keep the “Turn on manual resolution” setting unchecked.
To create a HDR stream via HLS, you’ll need to set your stream key’s
