Summary of the bug: libx264 doesn't exists which leads to not being able
to render .mp4 and .mkv videos.
How to reproduce:ffmpeg -codecs | grep 264
no libx264 encoder

ffmpeg version 7.0.2
built on ... Fedora 41 Linux 6.12.11-200.fc41.x86_64

Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list and not this
bug tracker.
