It looks like this wasn't a problem for me until some time around January
16, 2025. I've been building ffmpeg locally, and don't have previous
builds. I did test ffmpeg versions 7.0.2-4.fc41 and 7.1.1-3.fc41 from
rpm-fusion-updates, and am getting the same result with both of those.
