ok, i tried
ffmpeg version n7.1-55-g4b801baa46

ffmpeg -rtsp_transport tcp -i RTPS -c:v copy -c:a copy -map 0:a output.aac
}}}
ffmpeg version n7.1-56-gf265f9c9d0
{{{
ffmpeg -i output.aac -c:a copy -map 0:a output2.aac
}}}
i wasn't able to replicate same issue.
so i setup public restream from my rtsp for only audio
rtsp://185.91.117.52:8554/mystream
if i do
{{{
ffmpeg -rtsp_transport tcp -i rtsp://185.91.117.52:8554/mystream -c:a copy
output.aac
}}}
ffmpeg version n7.1-55-g4b801baa46 - working ok
ffmpeg version n7.1-56-gf265f9c9d0 - output.aac output size is 0 kb
