./ffmpeg -http_persistent 0 -extension_picky 0 -i
"https://website.net/subtitle.m3u8"; -c copy "subtitle.vtt"
does not work (anymore?), in fact the link seems not to be a multimedia
file at all
To look into this, it needs to be replicable first
