Closing this since:
- {{{loudnorm}}} filter is fundamentally destined to be use in realtime,
where performance matters likely less
- I don't think anyone besides me had any interest in this
- I have instead invested in improving {{{ebur128}}} filter performance,
for which I'll submit some SIMD optimizations.
