ffprobe (5+) estimates the wrong time for an .amr wide band file
the error seems to be relative to the runtime of the file so one does not
might notice for small files
the last version that correctly estimates is 4.4.1 everything above
estimated differently
using ffmpeg to encode the file into an .mp3 results in a correct runtime
length file
a file with a wrongfully estimated runtime of 09:22:39.05 is encoded into
an mp3 with the correct runtime of 09:04:12.20 by ffmpeg 7.1
this is also the runtime ffprobe 4.4.1 estimates
