There is a problem. AS was said it now takes all resources instead of
mininmally needed.
>ffmpeg uses the avctx->pix_fmt == AV_PIX_FMT_NV12, while the softhddevice
uses the pix_fmt == AV_PIX_FMT_CUDA.
CUDA is a hardware format. You can select in ffmpeg hardware format with
-hwaccel_output_format cuda
Provide is the video file btw.
