Hello everybody,
can somebody tell me, that the input parameter "-itsoffset" is technical
equal to the filter setpts=PTS+seconds/TB?
And when not, is there a filter with that I can add an offset to the
input. The background is, that I use a split filter:
[in]split[out1][out2]
and I want to use the both output to overlay them on different time over
a video clip.
