For my application I require YUV10 compliant files, which requires the
component order to be uyvy422 and 10-bit.   When processing through FFMPEG,
the output file is 8-bit, which is not correct.  The 8-bit files no longer
have the green tint and are certainly usable, but again, I need 10-bit
files.
