Hany, you actually need to *read*. Read our answers and read the 2warnings and error messages. They are useful and they are there for a reason! And you need to update your ffmpeg. If you can't build and can't find a repository, do check here: http://johnvansickle.com/ffmpeg/ Last question: Any particular reason for using "-r 30"? Why bother?
