Hello there, I am using ffmpeg to stream an RTMP feed. No matter what bitrate i stream at, it never really respects the maxrate. It often goes over the maximum bitrate. This causes problems as the end-receiver has a limit o its bandwidth and when there is a sudden increase of the stream bitrate it freezes the output. Is it possible to have a real CBR or a real cap on the max bitrate?
