what would be the advantage to all the disabling ?
I suppose I am wondering -- why would one wish to
--disable-protocol=concat ; to name 1.
and why state " --enable-protocol=async " , is it not enabled by
default -- if so then no explicit declare results in
"--enable-protocol=async"
