There's other docs than just man pages, BTW. ffmpeg's build also
provides HTML output.

If you haven't seen it done any other way, you haven't looked. Apart
from some Linux distributions' repositories, ffmpeg's download page
points to four providers of binaries: Zeranoe's Windows builds, John
Van Sickle's Linux builds, and Mac builds by evermeet.cx and
ffmpegmac.net. The former two both include documentation, the latter
two don't.
