2nd command line work perfect no data loss at all quality is the same as the 
original. Thanks again I definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without 
you and this group.

No, it is (very) lossy and not what you requested.

Please do, note that this second command runs at least
ten times quicker than the first (only limited by hard disk
speed).
The output file may not be playable in which case you
have to use a variant of the first (forcing highest quality).
