The following configure line works fine here: $ ./configure --cross-prefix=../ndk-arm64-23/bin/aarch64-linux-android- --sysroot=../ndk-arm64-23/sysroot --arch=arm64 --target-os=android It looks as if I installed ndk version 23 for arm64 into .. some time ago.
