Tested this for 2 hours. The ffmpeg session lasts longer (35-45 mins) , there 
are still "Non-monotonous DTS in output stream" warnings and eventually the 
session exits with no error message. Also, the audio is about 10 seconds ahead 
of the video when people are talking. (this was not the case when changing the 
container format to avi)
