Hello Michael,
I use Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K under Mint whcih support UltraHD.
You have to compile ffmpeg with the relevant option : ./configure
--enable-decklink --extra-cflags="-I/usr/include/blackmagic" ....
This works fine for me.
