Hi I now have a ubuntu instance running and have installed docker. I ran the little hello world app they give and that ran.
I ran the command you gave $ curl -sLO https://ffmpeg.org/releases/ffmpeg-$4.2.1.tar.gz && tar -zxf ffmpeg-$4.2.1.tar.gz --strip-components=1 && path -p1 --ignore-whitespace < /tmp/patch.txt && ./configure... ....&& make... This gives an error that gzip: stdin: not in gzip format tar: child returned status 1 tar: Error is not recoverable: existing now Have I missed installing something?
