Hello, I was wondering if there is a way in ffmpeg to convert I frames to P frames.
For example, let's say I have a video of 1000 frames and currently I frames occur every 200 frames (so 0,200,400,600,800 would be I frames). I would like to convert the I frame at 200 to a P frame, so as a result we have 4 I frames.
