Depends a lot on the content, of course. One of the great things,
compression-wise, with screen grabs is that there is usually very little to no
change frame-to-frame over most of the screen, and that makes for much lower
bandwidth (which is recording those changes).
In my case I grabbed a full screen movie, so there would have been a, at
minimum slight, full screen change from frame to frame, so I'm really
impressed by that factor.
