it is def distorted in some way, but vlc player is what is making it look that way i think now, i brought the orig mpeg2 and h264 up in avidemux and don't see the issue. can anybody explain the Aspect Ratio numbers in the square brackets of the original? (that is only diff i see and indeed it's an aspect issue)
