I can only imagine this means they're using a different version of FFmpeg. But 
perhaps it's due to having something like Rogue Amoeba Loopback installed, or 
some other application. I tend to doubt it.

I've personally tested this on 2 different systems running macOS, this Mac 
Studio M3 Ultra, and an M3 Pro MacBook. Many others have reported the issue as 
well with no resolution:

I'll create a Time Machine backup of my MacBook Pro, and run a test with zero 
3rd party software installed, 2 different capture card brands, and zero other 
hardware attached. I'm quite sure the issue will still be present, but I 
understand the skepticism; due diligence is on me.
