Hi Joanna,
have you already tried running the IMF Package through more format-targeted 
tools like Photon and ASDCPlib? Did these flag any issues?
I'm skeptical about a few all-zero values where I would usually expect a valid 
UUIDv4 in the verbose header output you have attached to your message.

Hi Erik,

Thanks for responding. Yes we’ve been through a procurement phase with the 
supplier and validated the IMF packages and the individual OP-1a MXF files. We 
use ICE to run these validation checks and they pass on all counts. Would you 
recommend different software to check the files?
