Hello,
I'm trying to encode a 4K video with ffmpeg. The QSV encoder will not
initialize.
I've tried searching online, but all I can find is that my syntax might
be incorrect. I have tried to read the ffmpeg wiki, but it doesn't
explain what to use nor how to use it. The provided examples in the wiki
fail with the exact same errors as below.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
