The release rollup tracker is bug 758, bugs which are agreed to fix for
3.0 should block 758, or a subsidiary bug (bug 762 is an example of
such). For the other open bugs, they may not have gone through an
appropriate triage, or may need more complelling arguments that they
need to be resolved for the coming release. I don't know what the plans
are for a complete scrub of the list, but feel free to make comments to
any of these, which will help.
