Does it help to know that there will be a similarly-worded stanza for 
the other directories referenced in XDG?  They just won't show up in the 
/home section (outside of a possible reference to their existence).

I also don't see how my wording encourages anything more than what XDG 
and GLib already encourage: ~/.config, ~/.local, and so on.
