I also talked to a vendor who talked to directly to Rick Reeves. The
impression I got was that, although Stuhr is not going to be supplying
Reeves wheels, nothing is wrong with Mr. Reeves (which was my first thought
when I heard the news--I thought Mr. Reeves had gotten so ill he could no
longer make wheels), and that the supply of Reeves wheels will not
disappear.

My main reason for pushing my theory (other than a strong sense of 'say it
isn't so!' ), is that I'm sure there are some people who will ride this for
all it's worth, have people think that Reeves products are going to be
unavailable, and then charge through the nose for Reeves products, claiming
all the while 'that now that Reeves wheels are no longer going to be
available...'

No one has said that there will be no more Reeves wheels/products. Stuhr
has said that they will no longer produce them. It's not the same thing. :)
