Just to clarify here, my earlier message about the Amos book was not
intended to be any sort of commercial endorsement. I was not paid for my
work on the book, and I get absolutely no percentage of any sales of the
title. I was simply talking about the content of the book in a sort of
casual book review. I provided ISBN etc. at the request of Ron.
