Hi fibernetters,

My spinning is my relaxation, and tranquilizer, better than a pill. I have
acquired a stash and since I don't knit any more, machine or hand, it piles
up. I've taken the yarn to some of the sheep shows, (MD, MI, etc) and price
it between 2.00 and 4.00 an ounce. Exotics, bunny, dog blends are more. Some
sell, some don't. Some of the yarns are retailing for what I sell the roving
used to spin them. I've found pricing much more than this, I pack the yarns
around in the trailer.

Many knitters don't appreciate the time it takes to spin the fiber, set the
twist, etc. and they are used to buying "acrylic" yarn at WalMart. Those
that understand, "natural fibers" will pay more.
