I thought the Weavers Friend was manufactured by the Newcomb Loom CO. They made a loom called the Weavers friend and I have two Weavers Delights made by them that use the same cam system to raise the shafts. On the Weavers Delight there are different sets of cams you can use to make different weaves. I jhave the tabby and the twill but there are several other sets of cams.
