Discrimination against the handicapped is the issue. My husband has Parkinsons
Disease, and has almost 20 years in the Civil Service for the Dept. of Army.

He has paid in for 20+ years to Social Security before going to work for the
Army. He is currently on a disability pension from the Fed. Govt, and gets a
very small SS check.

Our TOTAL income is less than $1,000 a month for both of us, (I, (his wife), am
his sole caretaker.)after paying for Medicare part A, and an insurance policy
carried through from the Civil Service work.

I don't have to tell you that we are on the bottom of the barrel, you can
devine that simply from trying to figure out how to feed and house 2 people on
less than $1,000. a month.

America? Spelled with a "K" maybe, but not what we worked for all our lives.

NEV.
