My understanding on the message below such us initiative, creative, does
things with out being assigned or told to do so, more on common sense
and volunteerism are being expected to the leader/s who represent
his/her organizations especially on Non Government Organizations, Non
Profit Organizations, Foundations, etc. An elected or appointed Trustee,
Directors & an Officers of the said organizations must have this quality
and leadership, if not, he/she is a lame duck. The president's e-mail
messages had expressed & quoted the Ambassador as a challenge.
