Let's calendar our activities and send a final list to Irene. I
have listed below what we have already planned and approved.
Western Union needs a list of our activities for the year. This
is good timing for us not only Western Union needs the list but the
other companies that we are going to approach as well like Barclays (c/o
Gina).

2. Dec. 5'08 - FILCOM-FILEX Christmas Presentation - Dubai
- c/o Dante Delizo, Chairman of the Filcom Celebration. Estimated crowd

3. Dec. 6'08 - Philippine Embassy Ladies Circle - FILEX -
Dinner for a Cause - Abu Dhabi - Estimated attendees - 200 -300 pax
4. February - Filex - Filcom Family Fun Day - Sports fest
and cultural fair 09 - estimated crowd - 1200-2000 pax - Abu Dhabi
5. April 2009 - Dancekathon 09 - FILEX - FDSC - Dance
competition for all - Covering ballroom dancing and the dance hits of
yesteryears - Chaired by Ms. Gina Salazar - Expected crowd-1000 pax
6. June 25, 2009 - First year celebration/anniversary of
FILEX - In celebration of Philippine Independence Day - Estimated crowd
500-1000 pax. Abu Dhabi
