I called the Hotel today and it is booked on 23 Sept Samail Ballroom for 300 persons in the name of Jasmine Abdulla. The title of the program is "Talakayan Filipino Forum" from 7 - 10 PM I agree that Filex board should not go there but I will try to send somebody just to know what they are after.
