Hi All, An update at St Joseph Christmas Bazaar: we were able to distribute about 300 copies of flyers and got 14 new members. By the way tons of thanks to our Volunteer Evelyn Agravante for her time and effort for staying with me from 11am until 6:30pm. Also thanks to Fr Felipe for allowing us to display the roll up for free, to Ate Nila in setting up the table and chairs, also to Ms Isabel, Bal and Dick for their presence for moral support. I hope in an event like this, cooperation of many officers and volunteers will help invite many to be members. We missed that opportunity as 2 cannot do the work of the many. I e mailed to call out for volunteers a day before after I asked permission from Fr Felipe but no one responded.
On the same day, I have to run to the embassy for the kumustahan and I distributed 6 booklets to organization officers/coordinator duly recorded and signed by recipient. The remaining of the new 10,000 copies are still with me and as per advise by Mr Chairman have to be handed to the corporate treasurer. By the way these forms have to be stamped with Filex website and Filex e mail address-2 stamps are available with me. The booklets that were distributed were already stamped and I finished 1 box about 20 booklets- only the yellow copy for the member I stamped. Rene L.
