Please note Fujairah is?approx. 296 kms from Abu Dhabi. One car rental would not mind if we stay longer than 8 hrs and has an american car which is good for long trip. We kindly request all to approve this amount for the Fujairah trip. The money should be taken from our logistics fund, those coming from personal contributions and sponsorship.? This is an official trip for IBT and we believe that we need to support our own official functions.? ?
