One way to help Raffy is to hire 1 person exclussively for Filex. I am not sure if it's official but someone said Filex will have a dedicated table/office at the Philippine Embassy. If this is a fact then I think it's time to act now. We are not a small organization anymore. Filex may be the only organization in the world with over 3,000 members without a single full pledged employee.
