Greetings!
We all know that we have a substantial changes in the memberships of both the
Interim Board of Trustees and the Executive Officers of our Foundation. I am
indeed eager to rekindle our camaraderie, commitment and volunteerism for the
benefit and welfare of Filex. In this case, as to my enthusiasm and personal
will to meet you all and also considering the good suggestion of Ollie, our new
President and Isabel, our new Vice Chairman, I would like to inform you all
that there will be a Joint Meeting for IBTs and Execom this coming May 2,
(Saturday) at 3:00 PM in Philippine National School, Abu Dhabi. I was very
happy that when I had a conversation with Elma, our new Interim Bioard of
Trustee, she volunteered to host the special meeting on the said date..
I really appreciate if all of you can come to attend the meeting. This is the
time also that I will introduce to you the new members of the Board of Trustees
and the new members of the Executive Officers. There are imporatnt agenda that
we are going to tackle especially the Filex Membership Drive, the discussion on
the Rules and Procedures in the conduct of the Election for the new Regular
Board of Trustees on July 11, 2009 , the filling up of the lacking Executive
Directors for the 7 Emirates, and etc. Please mark your calendar so you will
be able to join in our meeting.
I fervently hope that you can be with us this May 2. Please give your response
accordngly.
