Are you new to that city? You may approach fellow librarians of other schools and ask them about the suppliers, dealers, bookstores, etc. who are in the city or nearby. Regarding evaluation copies for high school, C&E (www.cebookshop.com) and Rex Bookstore (http://www.rexpublishing.com.ph/Default.aspx) usually give evaluation copies that are deposited in the library. Some take it back after a few weeks while others donate the materials. I hoped this helped.
